Steven brings deep experience in investments and strategic growth. He has led numerous successful transactions across Europe and the US, specializing in tech and software acquisitions, and has a strong background in board leadership. Steven holds an MBA from London Business School.

Erik is a growth-oriented business leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling technology companies through venture capital, and operational leadership. He has led multiple investments, acquisitions, and international growth initiatives. Erik holds Master’s degrees from Chalmers University of Technology.

Fabio Negri
Fabio is a finance leader with over 30 years of experience as CFO and board member across listed, private and PE-backed companies, with a focus on acquisitions and restructurings. He began his career at PwC in audit and transaction support. Fabio holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
